Construction works including development of 132kV transmission line of approximately 18.4 km for grid station feed including in and out connections from Pakistan Cement Factory to Noorpur Sethi under multiyear tariff project covering all civil and electrical works as per specifications and bidding documents - procurement conducted through single stage two envelope least cost based selection method in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 - bidders required to submit electronic bids through EPADS system with bid security in form of call deposit bank guarantee demand draft or bid securing declaration - detailed documents available online for registered bidders - bids submitted electronically and opened through EPADS on specified date and time - Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS registration and compliance with technical specifications and bid security requirements before submission
