electronic bids are invited from reputable suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments under single stage two envelope procedure for procurement installation testing and commissioning of 04 tons air conditioners for signaling works project bidders must submit bid security amounting to 1000000 in form of cdr bankers cheque or bank guarantee issued by scheduled bank original bid security must be submitted before deadline bids must be submitted electronically on epads on or before 22-05-2026 at 12:00 pm and opened at 12:30 pm same day bidding documents available free of cost on epads bids not submitted through epads will be rejected procurement governed under public procurement rules 2004 and bidders must be on active taxpayers list
