University Shop Rental Tender Notice
Description
Fatima Jinnah Women University invites sealed bids for renting leasing out shop located within university premises under single stage single envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Shop includes printing and composing shop size 18 by 12 feet quantity 01. Minimum annual rent is 2276496 PKR with bid security 5% amounting to 113825 PKR. Earnest money must be submitted in form of Demand Draft Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt in favour of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi and bids without required earnest money will not be considered. Interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments active tax filer economically sound and experienced and not blacklisted. Affidavit regarding non blacklisting is required. Pre bid meeting will be held on 12 May 2026 at 11:30 hours at purchase office and no queries will be entertained after meeting. Bids must be submitted between 0800 hours to 1100 hours on 21 May 2026 and will be opened on same day at 11:30 hours. In case of holiday next working day will be considered.
