Apms Transformers Supply Installation Commissioning Tender Notice
Description
Supply installation testing and commissioning of Asset Performance Management System on general duty transformers including 25kVA 50kVA 100kVA and 200kVA transformers along with allied material on FCS basis for Regional Store QESCO Quetta. Electronic bids are invited from manufacturers and suppliers registered on EPADS 2.0 sales tax department active taxpayers list of FBR and registered with PPMC former PEPCO Lahore or any DISCO NTDC. Procurement shall follow PPRA procedures through EPADS online submission only. Bidding documents include specifications drawings procurement method bid bond security performance guarantee bid validity opening procedures evaluation criteria and rejection provisions. Original bid security in form of Bank Guarantee or CDR in favor of Chief Executive Officer QESCO is mandatory. Conditional partial incomplete bids or bids without original bid security shall be rejected. Tender opening shall take place in presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure EPADS electronic submission and timely delivery of original bid security instrument before closing time to avoid rejection.
