Consultancy Services For Hydropower Project Study Tender Notice
Description
Consultancy services for conducting feasibility study and preparation and vetting of engineering design for Kasorkot Talawari Hydropower Project District Jhelum Valley under single stage two envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection method in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules 2017 and Procurement of Consultancy Regulations 2018. Technical and financial proposals are invited from consultants and joint ventures registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in appropriate category. Bid security amounting to Rs. 180000/- in shape of CDR Bank Draft or Pay Order is mandatory and must be included in technical proposal. Blacklisted firms are prohibited and bidders must submit affidavit confirming non-blacklisting status. Technical proposals shall be opened in presence of consultants representatives.
