Completion Of Carnivore Centre Works Tender Notice
Description
Completion of leftover construction work of Carnivore Centre at Massar under Mansehra Wildlife Division through EPADS under KPPRA single stage one envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration relevant specialization active NTN KPRA registration and FBR compliance for financial year 2025-26. Estimated cost is Rs.37.5 million with mandatory 2% bid security in the form of call deposit or CDR in favour of DFO Wildlife Mansehra. Electronic bidding shall be conducted on above and below system on BOQ engineer estimate basis. Original bid security and additional security if applicable must be submitted before closing date and time otherwise bids shall be declared non-responsive and may result in debarment. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days and bids with equal quoted rates may be decided through draw. Procuring entity reserves right to reject bids under applicable KPPRA rules.
