Outsourcing Of Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Medical Superintendent Govt Teaching Hospital Shahdara Lahore invites online bids for outsourcing of janitorial services for financial year 2026-27 from firms having technical financial and managerial credentials. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents from PPRA and EPADS websites. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated price in shape of CDR in favor of Medical Superintendent Govt Teaching Hospital Shahdara Lahore is mandatory. Technical proposals shall be received on 10-06-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened same day at 10:30 AM in conference room of Govt Teaching Hospital Shahdara Lahore. Pre-bid meeting regarding specifications will be held on 03-06-2026 at 10:30 AM in office of Medical Superintendent. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Technical and financial proposals must be sealed separately and photocopy of CDR with hidden amount should accompany technical proposal while original CDR must be enclosed with financial proposal.
