Supply And Installation Of It Scanners Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of IT equipment including scanners for establishment of District and Sessions Judge Zilla Qazi Swat. Procurement shall be conducted through EAPED under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Detailed specifications of required scanners are available in bid solicitation documents. Bidders must be registered with income tax sales tax authorities and reflected in the active taxpayer list of Federal Board of Revenue. Separate bid security amounting to 2 percent of total bid amount in shape of CDR is required in favor of District and Sessions Judge Zilla Qazi Swat and shall be retained till satisfactory completion of warranty period. Applicable taxes shall be deducted at source and quantities may be increased or decreased subject to budget availability and quoted prices. Bidders must provide detailed and clear specifications for each item and be authorized dealers registered with sales and income tax departments. Bids shall be submitted online through EPADS and opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
