Supply Of Stationery Clothing And Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of office stationery items other store related items computer stationery items and uniform and protective clothing for inspectors sepoy and class IV staff through single stage single envelope procurement procedure on least cost basis. Bids are invited from GST and Income Tax registered firms having offices in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. Earnest money includes Rs. 100000 for office stationery and Rs. 50000 each for store items computer stationery and protective clothing categories. Bidders are required to submit electronic bids through EPADS along with physical copies including earnest money and financial proposals. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid security must also be submitted physically and through EPADS. Tender documents evaluation criteria and terms are available on EPADS and PPRA portals. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or representatives after closing time. Pro Tip: Submit separate readable PDF proposals for each category on EPADS to prevent cancellation of bids.
