Road Maintenance Repair And Traffic Safety Works Tender Notice

Maintenance and repair works including repair estimate for Zain Pur at front of Hafsa National School Bhera on Bhera Malikwal Road - installation of cat eyes road stud painting on Jhang More Sargodha Khushab Road - painting of traffic lane markings from Civil Hospital to Jhang More on Sargodha Khushab Road and improvement of berms on Shahpur Bhera Malikwal Road in different sections of District Sargodha through PPRA E-Tendering System. Contractors having valid renewed Pakistan Engineering Council license for financial year 2025-26 in relevant category and codes are eligible to participate. Contractors are required to upload earnest money only in shape of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favour of Executive Engineer Highways Division Sargodha and submit original CDR before opening of bids. Lowest evaluated bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee in approved financial instruments. Bidders must quote item-wise rates and percentage bids above or below estimated cost shall not be accepted. Surfacing and pavement works shall be executed through mechanized systems and contractor claims shall be processed electronically through Digital Measurement Book. Estimated costs include Rs. 1.293 million - Rs. 0.912 million - Rs. 1.055 million and Rs. 1.213 million with corresponding earnest money amounts as specified in DNIT.
