Framework contract procurement of medicines drugs medical gases surgical disposables medical devices BME items dental equipment x-ray and C.T scan films lab kits chemical reagents orthopedic implants eye disposable items urology disposable items burn and maxillofacial items laparoscopy and endoscopy items and general surgical disposable items for financial year 2026-27 on free delivery basis. E-bidding shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible manufacturers sole agents sole importers authorized distributors and general order suppliers registered with PPRA and E-PADS may participate. Bidding documents with specifications and terms are available on E-PADS PPRA and hospital websites. Bids shall be submitted electronically before respective closing dates and opened in the presence of bidders representatives and tender purchase committee. Original 1% bid security in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Pay Order or Bank Draft must be submitted on tender opening date. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 01-06-2026 at 10:00 AM in Conference Room Surgical Tower and bidders must submit samples of quoted items on tender opening day.
