Procurement of medicines drugs medical gases surgical disposables medical devices laboratory kits chemical reagents x-ray and CT scan films orthopedic implants cardiology disposables cardiac surgery disposables eye disposables urology disposables burn and maxillofacial items laparoscopy and endoscopy equipment CSSD items and biomedical engineering supplies for financial year 2026-27 under framework contract through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible manufacturers sole agents sole importers authorized distributors and general order suppliers registered on EPADS may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and original 1 percent bid security in form of CDR bank guarantee pay order or bank draft is mandatory on tender opening date. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-01 at 10:00 AM in Conference Room Surgical Tower Mayo Hospital Lahore. Samples of quoted items must be submitted on tender opening day. Pro Tip: Medical suppliers should ensure product sample availability valid manufacturer authorizations and timely EPADS submission for responsive technical evaluation.
