Procurement Of Pain Killers For Cancer Treatment Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of pain killers for NSICT&R Lahore during financial year 2025-2026 including medicines, drugs and related pharmaceutical supplies for healthcare and cancer treatment operations. E-bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers and authorized distributors registered on e-PADS and relevant tax and registration authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equivalent to 1% of estimated cost of quoted items or lots is mandatory in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bankers Cheque. Estimated procurement cost is Rs. 114,944,000 and bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS by 16-06-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Bid validity shall remain for 180 days and technical and financial proposals must include both brand and generic names.
