Consumer Billing And Civil Works For Wasa Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of digital printed consumer bills providing and fixing of safety nets under manhole covers and construction of parking yard and staff quarters for WASA Mandi Bahauddin through single stage one envelope procedure. Bidders and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and E-PADS are invited to submit bids electronically on item rate basis. Original earnest money in shape of CDR amounting to 5% of estimated cost must be submitted physically before opening time and fake documents shall lead to blacklisting and recommendations to PPRA and PEC. Additional performance security may be required if tendered amount is below approved estimated cost threshold. Procurement shall be conducted under PPRA Rules and bids may be rejected prior to acceptance under Rule 35. Pro Tip: Upload valid PEC license and submit original CDR within stipulated time to maintain bid responsiveness.
