Uplifting and beautification activities including infrastructure improvement, monuments, street lights and green spaces under ADP No. 250164 (2025-26). Scope includes installation of street lights from Kuza Bandai to Chota Kalam, Shakardara, Sherpalam to Baryam Bridge, Matta Bazar, Sambat Bazar and Drushkhela Bazar; installation of solar street lights at Asharay Bazar, Kalakot Bazar and Chuprial, Aghal and Barthana Bazar; beautification and improvement of graveyard boundary walls in Bara Bandai, Pirkalay, Gwalerai, Deran Patay, Baidara, Sakhra and Shokhdara; construction of waiting sheds in various union councils and adjoining areas; construction of side walk at Bara Bandai Bazar; and beautification and improvement of model streets using tuff tiles in Kuza Bandai, Bara Bandai, Pir Kalay, Gwalerai, Sakhra, Dramai, Asharay, Drushkhela, Baidara, Kharerai, Chuprial, Aghal and Barthana. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure. Contractors must possess valid PEC registration, active KPPRA registration and required specialization codes including EE11 for relevant street light works. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is mandatory and must be uploaded through EPADS and submitted physically before closing time. Additional securities and detailed rate analysis are required for bids quoted more than prescribed percentages below engineer estimates. Online clarification may be sought until 21.06.2026 at 05:00 PM. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days and will be opened on 22.06.2026 at 11:30 AM.
