Procurement Of Electrical Grid Station Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of incoming panels for power transformers, 11 kV outgoing panels, 132 kV line current transformers, transformer current transformers, bus isolators, line isolators, lightning arrestors, post insulators with clamps, beams, columns, earth masts, structures, tension fittings, suspension fittings, repair sleeves, mid span joints, stock bridge dampers, grounding sets, electrical connectors, tension strings, aluminum pipes, tension assemblies, clamps, earth rods, SF6 gas cylinders, earthing platforms, cartridges, moulds, control cables and power cables on free delivery to consignee store basis. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure. Only electronic bids are acceptable. Bid security in favor of the Chief Executive Officer is mandatory and original bid security must be delivered before bid closing time. Bid validity shall be 60 days and bid security validity shall extend 30 days beyond bid validity. Conditional, partial or incomplete bids shall be rejected. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Suppliers should ensure EPADS registration, timely submission of original bid security and complete compliance with technical specifications.
