Procurement of incoming panels for 31.5/40 MVA power transformers, 11 kV outgoing panels, 132 kV line current transformers, 132 kV transformer current transformers, 132 kV bus isolators, 132 kV line isolators, 132 kV lightning arrestors, 11 kV lightning arrestors, 11 kV post insulators with clamps, 132 kV beams, 132 kV columns, 132 kV earth masts, 11 kV structures, single tension fittings for Lynx conductor, single suspension fittings for Lynx conductor, repair sleeves for Lynx conductor, mid span joints for Lynx conductor, single tension fittings for Rail conductor, stock bridge dampers for Rail conductor, stock bridge dampers for earth wire, grounding sets, PG connectors T-220, connector TMLH, connector TM63A/TM75A, connector TMHH, connector 90B63F/90B75F, connector 90BH30, tension strings for 600mm aluminum conductor, aluminum pipes, earth wire tension assemblies, G clamps, earth rods, SF-6 gas cylinders, earthing platforms, cartridges type A, B and C with associated moulds, control cables 4 x 2.5 mm, 8 x 2.5 mm, 16 x 2.5 mm, control cable 4 x 6 mm, 3-core AWG 4/0 power cable and 1000 MCM single core power cable on free delivery to consignee store basis. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Only electronic bids are acceptable. Bid security in favor of the Chief Executive Officer is mandatory and original bid security must be delivered before bid closing time while a scanned copy must be uploaded with the e-bid. Bid validity shall be 60 days and bid security validity shall remain 30 days beyond bid validity. Conditional, partial or incomplete bids and bids without original bid security shall be rejected.
