Provide recovery services for arrears from disconnected defaulted consumers in Abbottabad - Bahawalpur - Karak - Multan - Peshawar - Sahiwal - Sargodha and Sialkot regions under Request for Proposal and Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals are required. Bid security of PKR 800,000 is required. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:00 AM.
