Security Equipment Rental And Allied Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of security arrangement services and allied matters on rental basis for financial year 2026-2027 including installation of CCTV cameras, DVR support accessories, control room establishment, PTZ cameras, walk through gates, HD movie cameras, drone cameras, street plugging shuttering, barbed wire supply, transport services including buses, vehicles, hi-roof vans, mazda vehicles and related security support services for various public events. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Eligible firms must be registered with FBR, PRA and possess NTN, GST and PST registrations. Technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded electronically. Bid security shall be 2% of estimated cost through CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Successful bidder shall provide 4% performance security and event recordings with GPS data when required. Technical evaluation and opening shall be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules.
