Construction Of Forest Fire Watch Towers Tender Notice
Description
Construction of fire watch towers under the scheme for strengthening forest fire management system including construction of Fire Watch Tower at Banj Sar Gukand Compartment and Fire Watch Tower at Sar Malang Naway Kalay Compartment. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope E-PADS procedure. Bidders must possess PEC registration in C-6 category or above, KPRA registration, CNIC, affidavit of no default, blacklisting or litigation and duly signed bidding documents. Separate bids are required for each package. Electronic bids and supporting documents shall be submitted in PDF format with bid security and additional security where applicable. Detailed rate analysis shall be required for bids below prescribed limits. Electronic bids will be displayed 30 minutes after bid closing in the presence of bidders or representatives. All applicable taxes and duties shall apply. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure PEC, KPRA and bid security documents are valid and uploaded correctly to avoid rejection as non-responsive.
