Supply Of Medicines Medical Supplies And Hospital Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for financial year 2026-27 including drugs and medicines (156 items) - laboratory reagents - X-ray reagents and consumables - miscellaneous items - patient dietary supplies and food expenses - life saving medical supplies including medical gases - uniforms and liveries - and repair and maintenance services for machinery transport and furniture. Bids are invited from manufacturers, importers and distributors. Procurement documents are available through E-PADS or from the office of the procuring agency upon submission of a written request and non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000 for each category. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS only and manual submissions shall not be considered. Bid security of 2% is required as specified in the bidding documents. All prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable SST, GST and income taxes where applicable. Tenders will be opened in the presence of procurement committee members and authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in accordance with SPRA Rules 2010 as amended in 2019.
