Prequalification Of Flood Relief Goods And Services Tender Notice

Prequalification of firms, companies, contractors, vendors and general order suppliers registered on E-PADS under PPRA for provision of standardized relief goods and services for Monsoon/Flood Season 2026 including - Food Hampers (Ration Bags) with ghee packed separately and sealed, net weight 10 Kg 640 grams ±5% - Cooked Food (per Daig 10 Kg material) - Miscellaneous items including mosquito nets, life jackets, plastic mats (chattai), cots (charpai), mattresses and related relief equipment - Drinking water and milk - Hiring of vehicles and transportation services - Flour/Atta (10 Kg) - Rice (10 Kg) - Animal fodder - Hiring of tentage and catering services. Interested parties having relevant experience must submit all documents required in the Prequalification Document through E-Tendering/EPADS as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Firms must be registered on the e-procurement portal and eligible categories may participate. Applicants must not be government servants or blacklisted entities. All applicable government taxes shall apply. Applications for prequalification will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day after submission.
