Procurement Of Medical Equipment Machinery And Instruments Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical equipment, machinery, instruments and related items for establishment of Trauma Center at BHU Tobah, Tehsil Pind Dadan Khan, District Jhelum under development scheme for FY 2025-26 Phase III. Supply shall be made on free delivery at consignee end basis through framework contract. Bidding documents include specifications, quantities, terms and conditions. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial bids shall be followed through EPADS. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost of quoted items is required in hard copy and must remain valid for 180 days in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank. Bids shall be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day. Only registered suppliers, manufacturers and sole agents may participate. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
