Procurement Of Led Displays And Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of LED display systems and related accessories including - 4K QLED HDR flat television displays - customized floor stands for large displays - smart QLED and UHD televisions of multiple sizes - wall mount brackets and movable floor stands - quad multi viewer switcher - wireless HDMI extenders with transmitters and receivers - HDMI 4K cables. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids shall be submitted on lump sum basis by firms, companies, sole proprietors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities. Bid security amounting to Rs.270,000 in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is required and original bid security must be delivered before opening. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure all display specifications, accessories and supporting documents are included with the proposal.
