Procurement is open to original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Only bids submitted through EPADS shall be entertained and bidders must upload complete scanned bids on EPADS while submitting bid security physically before tender closing. Delivery shall be on DDP/FOR basis as specified. Technical and financial proposals shall be opened according to the published schedule.
