Road Planning Design And Construction Supervision Consultanc Tender Notice
Description
Consultancy services for planning, design and construction supervision of a road corridor extending from Shahrah-e-Orangi Football Stadium via Urdu Chowk to Hub River Road. Eligible engineering organizations and consultancy firms must possess valid PEC registration in the relevant field, active taxpayer status and demonstrated technical and financial expertise. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals submitted electronically through the Sindh EPADS portal. A pre bid conference is scheduled and only technical proposals will be opened initially, while financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened after evaluation.
