Construction Of Teaching Hospital And Research Center Tender Notice
Description
Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for development of a state-of-the-art teaching hospital and research center including healthcare infrastructure, hospital buildings, research facilities and associated works. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 36(b) via EPADS. Bidders shall submit separate technical and financial proposals online through EPADS. Eligibility requirements include PEC registration in Category CA for local bidders or FCA for foreign bidders, required construction and consultancy codes, experience of hospital and building projects, and minimum average annual turnover of PKR 56 billion or USD 200 million over the last five years. Joint ventures are permitted subject to stated requirements. Bid security of PKR 1,500,000,000 is required and original bid security must be submitted before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened at 04:30 PM. Pre-bid meeting shall be conducted as specified in the bidding documents.
