Supply Printing And Distribution Of Consumer Bills Tender Notice
Description
Supply of printed A4 80 gram imported paper bill forms with data printing and distribution of consumer bills including acknowledgment and geo location tagging services. Bids are invited through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from firms and consultants approved and registered with PPRA Government of Punjab. The estimated cost is Rs. 7.80 million and earnest money is Rs. 312,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS and original bid security in the form of CDR Bank Guarantee Pay Order Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque must be submitted before opening time. Hard copy bids shall not be accepted. Registration with SECP FBR and PRA along with current NTN and PRA certificates and relevant field experience are mandatory. Bid validity shall remain 60 days. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
