Internal Painting Works For Hostel Building Tender Notice
Description
Internal painting works at rooms and corridor on ground, first and second floors for a boys hostel building. Procurement is invited through sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Sindh Revenue Board and PEC where applicable. Bidder must have at least 3 years relevant experience and average annual turnover of at least Rs 6 million during the last three years supported through FBR returns. Affidavit regarding no litigation history, non-blacklisting, non-involvement in corrupt, fraudulent or collusive practices and correctness of submitted information is required. Bid security of 2.5% of bid cost in the form of pay order is required. Estimated cost is Rs 6.526 million and completion period is 2 months. Bidding documents shall be obtained and submitted through EPADS. Opening of bids is scheduled at 10:30 AM on 30.06.2026. Best and final price basis applies with no negotiations permitted.
