Provision of furniture for circuit house under annual development program including all revenue component furniture items as per MRS bi annual 2026 and market rates - estimated cost 19736500 PKR with earnest money 986825 PKR - bids invited through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure - contractors must be registered with PEC and EPADS for financial year 2025-26 - bid submission deadline 18-05-2026 at 12:00 PM with opening at 12:30 PM same day in presence of bidders - 5 percent CDR required with original submission before opening - conditional bids not accepted and least cost selection method applied - additional performance security required for bids below 4.99 percent of estimated cost as per finance department instructions - procurement governed under PPRA rules Pro Tip Short Paragraph ensure submission of original CDR before opening and strict compliance with EPADS requirements to avoid disqualification
