Addition alteration and improvement works of multiple government residences located in GOR II Bahawalpur House Lahore including residences B-01 B-02 B-05 B-12 B-14 B-23 B-25 B-38 B-44 B-45 B-61 B-62 B-67 B-70 C-11 C-15 C-20 C-23 C-33 C-36 C-37 and C-43 with estimated costs ranging from 1000000 PKR to 5000000 PKR and earnest money at 5 percent of estimated cost for each work - works to be executed on item rate basis as per approved DNIT BOQ - bids invited through EPADS under PPRA rules with mandatory PEC registration and relevant specialization codes - submission deadline 13-05-2026 at 11:30 AM and opening at 12:00 PM same day at commissioner office Lahore - bidders must submit original CDR before deadline and incomplete bids will be rejected - performance guarantee required as per PPRA rules Pro Tip Short Paragraph ensure valid PEC specialization and timely submission of bid security to avoid rejection
