Construction of sewerage and street works at Khan Afsar and M Aslam Mohallah Manzoorabad Municipal Committee Taxila including full scope of civil works as per TS rates current MRS with estimated cost 4.48 Million PKR and bid security 224000 PKR - bids invited through EPADS under PPRA Rules 2014 on percentage or item rate basis from PEC registered contractors - submission deadline 16-05-2026 11:00 AM and opening on same day at 01:00 PM - original CDR submission mandatory before opening otherwise bid will be rejected - performance security applicable under Rule 56 if bid is 5 percent below estimate
