Procurement of multiple items including furniture electronics and IT equipment such as dining tables meeting tables office chairs executive chairs sofas office tables deep freezers air conditioners computers photocopy machines cameras laptops and control room display systems - Bidding will be conducted through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure - Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and submit bid security in form of CDR as specified for each lot - E bids must be submitted online and original bid security submitted physically before deadline - Bids will be opened on same day after submission deadline - Pro Tip Ensure accurate bid security submission for each lot and timely upload on EPADS portal
