Construction renovation maintenance and service works including family park construction canteen upgradation building maintenance and repair works excluding and including electrical works incinerator site development painting works barber shop and tuck shop rentals supply of X ray MRI and CT scan films and supply installation testing and commissioning of integrated AV IT solutions for conference hall BOG secretariat and seminar hall - Bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage single and two envelope procedures depending on category - Bidders must submit bids electronically along with bid security in CDR form or rental security where applicable and original documents physically before deadline - Pre bid meetings scheduled separately for different groups of tenders - Bids will be opened on same date after submission deadline - Pro Tip Attend relevant pre bid meeting and ensure correct procedure selection for each category before submission
