Engage consultancy services for detailed design drawings preparation of cost estimates PC-I documents and construction supervision covering multiple development works including - establishment of IT labs smart classrooms interactive boards and renovation in 20 schools - supply and installation of two additional lifts at main office building - solarization of tube wells in 35 labour colonies - solarization of 20 schools and main office building - renovation of 50 labour colony residential quarters. Bidding will follow single stage one envelope procedure with proposals submitted electronically through EPADS in accordance with PPRA rules. Financial proposals must be submitted electronically and will be opened publicly through EPADS. Eligibility requires firms from prequalified panel with valid registration and paid renewal fee for financial year 2025-26. Detailed RFP including TORs and evaluation criteria is available online.
