Bidding will follow single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security amount of 1 is required with bid validity of 180 days. Technical proposals will be opened first followed by financial proposals. Pro Tip Provide experience in LIMS systems and certification capabilities to strengthen proposal.
