Hiring Of Event Management Firm For Conferences Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of event management firm under framework contract for organizing conferences and seminars including planning coordination management and execution of events ensuring professional delivery of services. Bidding will follow single stage two envelope procedure with electronic submission of bids through ePADS system as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders include firms companies sole proprietors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities including income tax sales tax and Punjab sales tax. Bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost amounting to 9000000 is required in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order. Estimated procurement value is 450000000. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated separately and bids will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM. Bid validity shall be 120 days.
