Procurement includes construction and establishment of Sahulat on the Go Bazaars across multiple clusters covering Lahore Gujranwala Rawalpindi Gujrat Multan DG Khan Faisalabad Sargodha Bahawalpur and Sahiwal with specified estimated costs bid securities and PEC categories - bidding will follow single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules through EPADS - bidders must have valid PEC licenses and tax registrations and must submit technical and financial bids separately online - bid security in form of CDR or bank guarantee must be submitted with hard copy and soft copy - pre bid meeting scheduled and bids will be opened as per defined timeline - corrupt incomplete or late bids will be rejected and authority may reject bids under rules Pro Tip Attend pre bid meeting and ensure both technical and financial submissions comply fully with EPADS requirements
