Procurement includes construction and establishment of Sahulat on the Go Bazaars across multiple clusters covering Lahore Gujranwala Rawalpindi Gujrat Multan DG Khan Faisalabad Sargodha Bahawalpur and Sahiwal with specified estimated costs bid securities and PEC categories - bidding will follow single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 executed through EPADS - bidders must have valid PEC licenses and registration with relevant tax authorities - technical and financial bids must be submitted separately online before deadline and will be opened on same day - pre bid meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM on May 07 2026 - bid security in form of CDR or bank guarantee must be submitted along with hard copy and soft copy - incomplete corrupt or late submissions will be rejected and authority may reject bids under Rule 35 Pro Tip Attend pre bid meeting and ensure timely upload of complete bids with required securities to avoid rejection
