Procurement includes supply of Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 3.5L petrol vehicles with specified quantity estimated cost and bid security requirements - bids must be submitted through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals including specifications authorization certificates and tax registration documents - bid security of 1 percent must be submitted before opening and performance guarantee of 3 percent required from successful bidder - bids will be opened on scheduled time and only technically qualified bidders will proceed to financial evaluation - all taxes included in quoted rates and procurement follows PPRA rules Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete technical documents and bid security to qualify for financial evaluation
