Procurement includes provision installation and commissioning of ducted air supply and ventilation systems establishment of recycled plastic based bazaars with associated infrastructure and supply installation and integration of IT and monitoring infrastructure across Punjab with specified estimated costs and bid security requirements - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure and accompanied by required bid security otherwise bids will be rejected - procurement governed under PPRA rules Pro Tip Ensure submission of both technical and financial proposals along with required bid security before deadline
