Procurement includes desilting and channelization of multiple waterways rivers and nullahs in Lower and Upper Chitral under non ADP 2025-26 schemes - bidding through EPADS single stage single envelope procedure requiring valid PEC registration KPRA registration and NTN - bid security 2 percent in form of CDR must be submitted both electronically and physically before deadline - bids evaluated on BOQ above or below system and must include all required documents otherwise will be rejected Pro Tip Ensure all scanned documents are clear and complete to maintain responsiveness
