Execution of development schemes including solarization of mosques and madrassas installation of solar systems and construction of PCC streets drains and culverts in specified areas ensuring infrastructure improvement and energy provision - Bidding shall be conducted through single stage single envelope procedure via EPADS - Contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with C and W Department with valid tax registrations and relevant electrical and solar specialization codes - Bids must be submitted electronically with scanned documents and original bid security in form of call deposit submitted physically before deadline - Earnest money fixed at 2 percent of estimated cost - Bid opening will take place on same day after submission - Pro Tip Short Paragraph ensure compliance with required specialization codes and submission of both electronic and physical bid security to avoid rejection
