Provision of round the clock janitorial services including deployment of human resource comprising supervisors janitorial personnel male and female and sewer staff for continuous cleaning sanitation and maintenance operations for healthcare facilities for financial year 2026 27 - contract initially for one year extendable on quarterly basis up to one additional year - procurement through electronic bidding using single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules requiring separate technical and financial proposals - bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and EPADS - pre bid meeting scheduled on May 11 2026 at 10:30 AM with minutes issued subsequently - bids to be submitted electronically with opening of proposals shortly after deadline - bid security of 2 percent amounting to Rs 4010616 must be submitted in original form prior to opening otherwise bid will be rejected Pro Tip Ensure compliance with EPADS submission process bid security requirements and staffing specifications to avoid disqualification
