Construction of office complex for Mailsi and Haveli Circle along with rehabilitation of infrastructure of officers colony including civil works structural development and associated facilities - bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 using e-procurement system EPADS on item rate basis under Bi-Annual MRS system - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and tax authorities and submit bids electronically along with bid security of 5 percent in form of bank guarantee or CDR and original documents submitted before deadline - bids will be opened in presence of bidders representatives and performance guarantee of 10 percent will be required from successful bidder - incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected and payment will be made based on actual work done subject to funds availability.
