Construction of enforcement stations across multiple tehsils and construction of cardiac center with provision of express line including civil works structural development and associated infrastructure - bidding will be conducted under PPRA E-Tendering System with item rate basis and bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and submit bid security of 5 percent in form of CDR - bids must be uploaded electronically and original bid security submitted before opening time and incomplete bids will be rejected - performance guarantee of 10 percent will be required from successful bidder. Pro Tip: Ensure accurate BOQ completion and submission of original bid security before opening time.
