Procurement of IT equipment and office machinery including desktop computers and photocopier machines with supply installation and testing under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS along with bid security of 3 percent in form of CDR or bank guarantee and original submitted before deadline - technical proposals will be opened first and financial bids later for qualified bidders - performance guarantee of 10 percent will be required and incomplete or late bids will be rejected.
