Procurement of plant and agricultural machinery including citrus tree transplanting machine potting media sterilizer atomic absorption spectrophotometer and tractor with accessories including supply installation and commissioning as per specifications - bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 via EPADS - bidders must submit bid security of 3 percent for each item in form of bank draft or CDR and upload bids electronically with original submission before deadline - bids will be opened on same day in presence of bidders representatives and incomplete bids will be rejected.
