Procurement of farm inputs and chemicals under framework contract including fertilizer quantity 05 items micro nutrients quantity 03 items insecticides quantity 14 items under lot number 01 and chemicals including specific utility chemicals quantity 59 items and general utility chemicals quantity 86 items under lot number 02 with estimated cost of 6.000 million rupees for farm inputs and 3.940 million rupees for chemicals along with detailed specifications provided in bidding documents - bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 via EPADS - bidders must submit bids for full quantity of selected lot and provide bid security of 5 percent in form of bank draft call deposit demand draft or bankers cheque with scanned upload and original submission before deadline - bids must be submitted electronically by 18-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on same day in presence of bidders representatives - incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected and evaluation will be carried out separately for each lot. Pro Tip: Ensure submission of complete lot quantities and bid security for each lot to remain eligible.
