Surveillance Imaging Equipment Systems Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of plant and machinery items including motion sensor thermal imaging camera solution on turnkey basis and CCTV cameras with total estimated cost of 48455000 rupees including supply installation testing and commissioning as per specifications - bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 via EPADS on lot basis with separate bids for each lot - bidders must submit scanned bid security of 3 percent for each lot along with original submission before deadline and provide technical samples for specified items - bids must be submitted electronically by 16-05-2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened at 12:00 PM on same day in presence of bidders representatives - incomplete or non responsive bids will be rejected and successful bidder must provide performance guarantee of 10 percent of contract value. Pro Tip: Ensure separate submission for each lot including required samples and bid security to avoid rejection.
